Raja The Great Review and Rating

Review: Raja The Great
Starring : Ravi Teja, Mehreen Pirzada, Radika Sarath kumar, Prakash Raj, Sampath Raj, Srnivas Reddy etc
Director : Anil Ravipudi
Production : Dil Raju
Music Director : Sai Kartheek
Story :
Lucky (Mehreen) is the daughter of a sincere police officer (Prakash Raj). Due to some clashes with villains Prakash Raj gets killed. The villian also wanted to kill Lucky the she went away to Darjeeling and hides there.
While Raja ( Ravi Teja ) is a blind person  who wanted to become a Police due to her mother’s wish. His mother ( Radika ) who is a part of police force assigns him the task of saving lucky. How did blind Raja rescues Lucky from villains was rest of story.

Ravi Teja is coming after a gap and he looks really fresh in this movie. Radhika Sarath Kumar’s role is too routine to write about but she managed to evoke some laughter within the space provided.

Writer and Director Anil Ravipudi doesn’t really shine with this story. Even though he has a good actor and character, he doesn’t really go into it deep. Music by Sai Kartheek is veryr outine and we only enjoy the title song. Camera work by  Mohana Krishna is decent enough to talk about. Editing is done by Tammiraju is highly routine and at places odd too.

Ravi Teja who is back into theatres with this film has to face this disappointment after two years. This movie is just a disappointment for it’s comedy and diluted sequences. To sum up, Raja the Great is a disappointment from Ravi Teja and could have been a much better.

Mana Reporter Rating: 2.5/5
